Lox & Loaded – Portland Chapter

Raven and Rose Training is proud to serve as an official affiliate of Lox & Loaded™, operating the Portland-area chapter at the Public Safety Training Center (PSTC) in Clackamas.

Our monthly sessions provide a welcoming, professional environment for Jewish community members and allies to build confidence through education, training, and connection through shared purpose. Whether you're picking up a firearm for the first time or looking to sharpen your skills, our certified instructors are here to guide you every step of the way.

Ready to join us?

Register for a class below. If this is your first visit you must register as a member.

Membership registration is monthly or yearly: Go to loxandloaded.org to register for your preferred membership then join us at the Chapter events.

Range Info.

We meet at the Public Safety Training Center (PSTC), located at 12700 SE 82nd Ave, Clackamas OR 97015. You can see it on the corner of 82nd Ave and Sunnybrook Blvd. The entrance is located off of Sunnybrook Blvd. There are two buildings on the property, from the driveway entrance on Sunnybrook proceed to the second building nearest 82nd Ave.

*Please note that PSTC no longer allows outside ammunition, you must purchase clean-fire ammunition from PSTC.

First time shooter?

We want you to join us. A facilitator will help you get started with the basics. If you do not currently own a firearm and need one to get started, let us know. We are happy to provide you with a few to try out and learn with.

Intermediate / Advanced shooter?

We want you to join us. Our facilitators offer interesting challenges to assist with the advancement of mindset and skills based training.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Lox & Loaded membership to attend?

Yes, membership is required. Please register for your Lox & Loaded membership prior to registering for and attending an event.

What should I bring?

You will need to acquire wrap-around eye protection and over-the-ear protection. You can purchase this equipment at the range on your first visit. You must also purchase clean-fire ammunition from PSTC. Call the PSTC for current pricing.

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably. The PSTC requires closed shoes.

Your First Visit to PSTC?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the chapter event at the PSTC and visit the armory counter, check-in and complete their safety and waiver procedure. This is required for all first time visitors at PSTC.

Return Visits.

If you are a returning guest, remember to bring your gear: range bag, eye protection, ear protection, preferred firearm and PSTC ammunition. Firearms should be unloaded and secured inside the range bag.
