Cancellation & Refund Policy

By registering for a Beyond The Holster class, you agree to the following terms.

Student-Initiated Cancellations

• 7 or more days before class: Full refund.

• 3–6 days before class: 50% refund.

• Within 72 hours of class start: No refund.

Class Transfers

You may transfer your registration to another scheduled Beyond The Holster class once at no charge, provided you give at least 48 hours notice before your original class start time. Transfer requests inside 48 hours are treated as cancellations under the refund schedule above.

Instructor-Cancelled Classes

Beyond The Holster may be cancelled or postponed due to weather, range conditions, low enrollment, or safety concerns. If we cancel, your registration will be rescheduled to the next available class at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only if you are unable to attend any of the rescheduled dates offered within 90 days.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Students who do not arrive, or who arrive more than 15 minutes after class start, forfeit the full course fee. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued. This policy exists because safety briefings cannot be repeated mid-class.

How to Cancel or Transfer

Email phill@ravenandrosetraining.com with your name, class date, and request. Cancellations are effective the date the email is received.
