Unarmed Self-Defense Fundamentals
Stance, movement and striking, built on basic boxing.
A practical introduction to unarmed fundamentals: how to stand, move and protect yourself, and how to strike safely and with good mechanics. We draw on basic boxing and the history of WWII-era combatives as context for why the fundamentals look the way they do.

Basic hand strikes, elbows and kicks, with power and accuracy drills on pads
Slips, parries and the clinch
